We are hiring a
Production/Plant Head
to lead operations in a large-scale bag manufacturing unit, specializing in
polyester and fashion bags
.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete production operations for a
500-machine setup
.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments (cutting, stitching, quality, packaging, etc.).
Implement cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery processes.
Manage labor, machine maintenance schedules, and productivity KPIs.
Lead the factory floor with a strong focus on operational efficiency and safety.
Candidate Profile:
15+ years of proven experience in
bag manufacturing industry only
.
Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience handling large teams and modern bag production systems.
