We are a fast-growing men's wear brand specializing in premium garments with a focus on quality, design, and timely delivery. We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Production Head

to lead our production team and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process for men's wear garments from fabric sourcing to final dispatch. Plan, organize, and control production to ensure on-time delivery of quality products. Manage production units, sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments. Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of production. Coordinate with merchandising, design, and procurement teams for smooth workflow. Optimize manpower and resources to achieve production targets efficiently. Monitor production costs and implement cost-control measures. Handle production planning, line balancing, and daily output tracking. Supervise factory operations, maintain discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage vendor and subcontractor performance. Lead and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field. 8-15 years of experience in garment production, preferably in

men's wear

(shirts, trousers, casuals, or formal wear). Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control. Hands-on experience in managing production teams and multiple units. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
