We are looking for the candidates for Doors, Modular Kitchen and wardrobes Factory Head

Responsibilities:

Able to understand CAD drawings . Able to get the work done as per the drawings Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the manufacturing plant. Oversee all levels of team activity and performance Analysing. production data to identify and resolve any production/quality issues. Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

Experience. Minimum 4+Years Minimum 4+ Years of experience into Modular Kitchen/Wardrobe /Kitchen Cabinetry and Doors production. Proven experience of working in Modular Kitchen plant operations Mandatory. Hands on Experience in Modular Kitchen Designing. Experience in Managing Projects in the related field. Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants. Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology. Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Good organisational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
