Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution

Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day manufacturing activities Coordinate production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery Oversee the manufacturing of creams, lotions, serums, powders, and other cosmetic formulations

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, FDA, and cosmetic regulatory norms Work closely with QA/QC to maintain quality and safety standards Conduct in-process checks and ensure product consistency and documentation

Team & Process Management

Lead, train, and motivate production staff and shift supervisors Allocate resources and monitor workforce performance Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices

Inventory & Coordination

Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and R&D teams Monitor raw material and packaging material availability Maintain production logs, inventory reports, and downtime analysis

Health, Safety & Maintenance

Ensure all safety protocols and hygiene standards are followed Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment breakdown Implement risk assessments and safety audits in production areas

Requirements:

B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Cosmetics or Chemistry preferred) 2+ years in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing Strong leadership, planning, and compliance knowledge
