Roles and Responsibilities:

Looking for 3 to 6 years of work Experience in Production Head.

Oversee the production process and ensure smooth operations across all stages.

Collaborate with the planning, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure optimal production schedules.

Develop, monitor, and optimize production systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Manage production resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Supervise and mentor junior production team members.

Ensure that production meets the established safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on production performance to senior management.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in production.

Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Production Efficiency: Achieve production targets and optimize workflow to increase output.

Cost Management: Control production costs and minimize waste to meet budget expectations.

Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety protocols and achieving zero workplace accidents.

Quality Standards: Ensure products meet required quality standards with minimal defects.

Team Development: Foster a collaborative work environment and help develop the skills of junior team members.

Downtime Reduction: Reduce downtime and improve equipment availability by implementing effective maintenance practices.

Timely Delivery: Ensure all production schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner.
