Responsibilities

:

Oversee and manage CNC SLIDING HEAD /VMC/Turning operations to ensure optimal productivity and precision. Develop and implement machining strategies to meet production targets and quality standards. Lead a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Review blueprints and machining instructions to plan and execute operations effectively. Monitor and inspect workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools. Coordinate routine maintenance and troubleshooting of grinding and honing machines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize machining processes and resolve technical challenges. Maintain inventory of tools and consumables required for grinding and honing operations.

Qualifications

:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience , with leadership experience preferred. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and machining tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a team effectively. Familiarity with advanced grinding and honing technologies and techniques.

Strong leadership to build and drive a quality-focused work culture. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills with customers & suppliers. Ability to take Initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
