Job Description

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and deadlines. Oversee the entire manufacturing process, including fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging units. Monitor performance metrics and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, reduce downtime, and implement solutions. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications for all products, collaborating with the Quality Control (QC) team to minimize defects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen. Ensure the efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams to monitor raw material availability and maintain optimal inventory levels. Manage production budgets and control costs to ensure financial targets are met. Lead, manage, and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
