Job Title: Production Head / Production Manager
Location: Ambala.
About Role:
The Production Head is in charge of overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring products are made efficiently and meet quality standards. This role requires someone with experience in managing production assemble section.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Daily production operations and make sure production runs smoothly.
Create and manage production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure products are made to the required quality standards.
Lead and train production staff to improve performance and optimize the workers efficiency.
Annalise and solve any issues that arise during production.
Work with the procurement and store teams to ensure materials are available for production.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Must be able to work on lean manufacturing projects.
Must be able to implement SOP, Control plans at shop floor.
Key Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with production management software and systems.
Knowledge of SPC, Lean manufacturing, 7qc tools, 8D, CAPA, ISO 9001, IATF16949, Control plan, PFMEA.
Preference from Japanese automotive industry.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
