Role Summary
Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.).
Main Tasks
- Production function for filters and injection molded parts, with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Daily Production Plan, Achievement, in case of non achievement counter measurement.
- Daily rejection monitoring, analysis, and counter measure.
- Machine overall equipment efficiency and labor efficiency.
- Productivity improvement.
- On time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Mistake Proofing
- Continuous improvement
- Production planning
- HSE, Kaizen, 5\'S improvements.
- Compliance of IATF and ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
- Any other work assigned by the HOD / Management time to time.
- Manpower handling
Your Profile
Qualification- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/CIPET or any other degree/diploma in plastic technology Experience- 8-10 years of experience in injection molding and assembly
