Excellent knowledge of Fabrication

Fabrication Work in a Transformer Company

Tank Fabrication

Cutting and welding steel plates to make oil tanks for transformers. Ensuring leak-proof welding and proper finishing. Adding bushings, radiators, cooling fins, and valves.

Structural Fabrication

Making frames, base structures, lifting lugs, brackets, and supports. Fabrication of conservators, cooling radiators, and pipe connections.

Sheet Metal Work

Covers, enclosures, and protective casings. Doors, inspection windows, and cable boxes.

Machining & Drilling

Precision machining for parts like flanges, joints, and fittings.

Surface Treatment

Sand blasting, shot blasting, and cleaning for smooth finish. Painting, powder coating, or hot-dip galvanizing for anti-rust protection

Location of Job--
