Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee the daily manufacturing activities of lubricants and greases. The role involves planning, supervising, and optimizing production processes while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for lubricants and greases. Execute production plans in coordination with the planning and store departments. Monitor process parameters and ensure batch consistency as per formulation. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, and process documentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping, and 5S standards. Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure timely product testing and release. Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues and escalate when needed. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost control.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
