With a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor. **Position Overview:** As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality jewelry to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation of jewelry from our manufacturing facility, inspecting rings, cads, and other jewelry items, maintaining accurate production records, and providing timely updates to the reporting manager. **Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate and supervise the transportation of jewelry from the manufacturing facility to our distribution center. 2. Conduct thorough inspections of rings, cads, and other jewelry items to ensure adherence to quality standards. 3. Maintain organized and accurate production records, including inventory sheets, quality control reports, and other relevant documentation. 4. Collaborate with the production team to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. 5. Ensure that all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed during the production process. 6. Actively participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with team members. 7. Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on production progress, challenges, and achievements. 8. Manage and maintain the company\'s production equipment and tools. 9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production efficiency and quality. * TWO-WHEELER & DRIVING LICENSE IS COMPULSORY FOR THIS ROLE, WE WILL BE GIVING COMPENSATION FOR THE PETROL EXPENSE* Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Schedule:
