Desired candidate profile
? Bachelor's degree in Food Tech, Agriculture, SCM, or Operations.
? Strong understanding of warehouse flow, material movement, and FEFO.
? Good with numbers; able to read dashboards, identify risks, and act proactively.
? Skilled at managing people and handling pressure during peak loads.
? Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
About the Role
The Production Executive will run day-to-day operations across procurement, production, warehouse, dispatch, and inventory health. The role demands strong ownership, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution -- with the ability to anticipate issues, manage risks, and ensure production continuity.
This is not a clerical role. It is an operational command role where the person must manage people, materials, timelines, and quality simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Procurement
? Plan raw material requirements based on sales orders, production forecasts, and inventory aging.
? Coordinate with vendors, negotiate timelines, and track deliveries.
