Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Management:

1. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and sales forecasts.

2. Ensure production efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement.

4. Implement production planning and control systems.

Quality and Safety:

1. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP).

2. Implement quality control procedures and audits.

3. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

Team Management:

1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team.

2. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.

3. Manage employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

Supply Chain and Inventory:

1. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely raw material supply.

2. Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stockholding.

3. Ensure effective material flow and storage.

Maintenance and Engineering:

1. Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability.

2. Plan and implement capital projects (e.g., equipment upgrades).

3. Manage engineering and technical services.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

2. Drive lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.

3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
