Job Description

Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and relevant industry standards. Monitor and control daily production activities, manage budgets, and identify and resolve any production issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce safety standards in the production area. Analyze production data and collaborate with other departments (like engineering) to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to optimize production processes

Required skills and qualifications:

Any degree or diploma with experience in herbal extraction. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders. Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and relevant industry standards.
