We are looking for an

Production Executive

to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will assist the

Production Manager

in planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

: Assist in preparing and implementing production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Process Optimization

: Monitor production processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output.

Quality Control

: Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) by conducting routine quality checks.

Workforce Management

: Supervise production staff, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Inventory & Material Management

: Coordinate with the procurement team to maintain raw material stock levels and prevent production delays.

Equipment & Maintenance

: Ensure regular maintenance of machinery and troubleshoot equipment issues to avoid downtime.

Reporting & Documentation

: Maintain production reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Safety & Compliance

: Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure all employees follow safety protocols.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience

: 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.

Technical Skills

: Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process improvement techniques.

Software Proficiency

: Experience with ERP software, MS Excel, and production tracking tools.

Leadership & Communication

: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively with different departments.

Problem-Solving

: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve production challenges quickly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
