Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and procedures to meet production targets and deadlines.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, including GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant guidelines.

Team Management:

Supervise and motivate production staff, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Resource Management:

Coordinate the availability of raw materials, equipment, and other resources necessary for production.

Process Optimization:

Identify areas for improvement in production processes, implement changes, and monitor efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and comply with all relevant standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure proper stock management.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure smooth production processes and compliance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in ELECTROPNICS Experience in a production role within the medical device industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
