Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any basic technical education Experience: 2-4 years in a manufacturing or composite production environment (freshers can be considered) Basic understanding of production processes and documentation

Assist in the

layup, trimming, and curing

processes of composite parts as instructed by the supervisor. Handle

preparation of raw materials, molds, tools

, and workspace prior to production operations. Support in

maintaining process cycle documentation

, ensuring each stage is recorded accurately. Monitor basic production parameters and

report deviations or equipment malfunctions

immediately. Work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor to ensure tasks are

completed as per SOPs and safety standards

.

Coordinate material movement

within the production area and assist in tracking material usage. Perform

minor maintenance, cleaning of tools, molds, and machinery

after each cycle as instructed. Adhere strictly to

PPE usage

, shop floor hygiene, and safety protocols. Participate in

training programs and continuous improvement initiatives

. Support

inventory audits

, scrap recording, and basic stock monitoring relevant to daily production.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
