Experience

- Minimum 3 to 5 Years

Manufacturing Operations:

Execute daily production schedules for bulk antisera, including plasma collection, fractionation, and purification steps.

Compliance & GMP:

Ensure all activities adhere strictly to current

Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Biological Oversight:

Monitor immunization schedules and animal welfare (often involving large equine stocks) in coordination with veterinary staff.

Documentation:

Maintain real-time Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks to ensure data integrity and audit readiness for agencies like

WHO

or

FDA

.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement improvements to enhance product yield and quality while reducing waste.

Team Supervision:

Manage and train shop-floor workers and machine operators on hygiene, safety protocols, and technical equipment operation.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Work with Quality Control (QC) for potency testing and Engineering for equipment maintenance to prevent downtime.
