In this exciting role, you will Supports the safety improvements and assures legal compliance during production works. Key member to ensure asset and people safety through developing safety culture at shop floor. Responsible for area, equipment s, infrastructure maintenance with the help of technical team. Works to standards and assures the team works to it (Safety, Quality, continuous improvements, volume compliance Etc) and secure the availability of all production related documents. Responsible execute and meet /exceed day to day production shift performance in all operation KPI s. Partner with QM/EHS/HR/Admin team for all statutory, regulatory and system, customer audit preparation and clearance. SAP- Should have hands on exposure to SAP systems. Responsible for optimum utilisation of resources through planning scheduling and expediting production planning, shop floor execution and ensuring improved technical availability and people development with engrained quality system execution. Should have strong mind-set of root cause analysis for losses, internal/external complaints. Systematic approach toward problem solving by using RCA/PDCA tools and manage its life cycle/documentation of its. Candidate must have exposure in best in class production systems with hands on exposure hygienic production processes. Should have technical background of production process equipment s like blenders, high shear mixers, Spray dryer, agitators, pumps, dust extraction system, filling machines and down the line packing systems. He should have experience in manufacturing excellence processes and worked in state of the art automated facilities. Should have good analysis skill through statistics tools and resolving, setting up standards with centreline processes . Exposure with IPQC equipment s and ensure FTR process through internal inspections. Candidates should have technical exposure in equipment operations, minor maintenance, implementation of asset care and CLITA for equipment in hygienic environment design. Responsible for all production consumables inventory. Candidates must have experience in implementing CGMP. Candidate having experience on maintenance of food, chemical or pharma shall be preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of industrial exposure in core production in state of the art FMCG/Chemical/Pharma plants. Candidates having additional technical exposure shall be prepared. Must have hand on exposure in SAP.
