Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Production Executive / Chemist

to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a

B.Sc. in Chemistry

and have

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in production roles within the

chemical industry

, including

Pharma API, Agrochemicals, Metal Refining

, or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality and process efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards. Maintain accurate documentation related to production, batch processing, and quality checks. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and R&D teams for smooth workflow. Optimize resources, including manpower and materials, to achieve production targets. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction.

Candidate Requirements:

B.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory). 3-5 years of relevant experience in production within the chemical or allied industries. Hands-on experience in Pharma API, Agrochemical, or Metal Refining industries preferred. Sound understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment. Good communication and team coordination skills. Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
