Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Executive / Manager to manage the production operations of nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical vitamin premixes. The role includes overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality control processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the manufacturing of food and feed supplements, including products with vitamins, minerals, pre/probiotics, enzymes, herbals, and biologicals.

Key Responsibilities-

Oversee day-to-day production operations for nutraceutical and vitamin premix products

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, DCD, BIS, and Drugs & Cosmetics Act standards

Supervise the manufacturing and quality control of formulations including vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes, and herbal ingredients

Coordinate with R&D and NPD teams to support innovation and launch of new products

Maintain production efficiency, safety standards, and inventory control

Manage production staff and ensure smooth coordination with other departments

Prepare and maintain regulatory documents, batch records, and SOPs

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

Support audits, inspections, and certifications as required

Qualifications & Skills-

Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm preferred

Experience: 2 to 3 years in production management within the nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food supplement industry

Strong knowledge of vitamin premix manufacturing, GMP, and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication
