Job Description

The job holder is responsible to handle Production Shop Floor planning and scheduling.

Responsible only for supervision of people and Production output.

Must have good Knowledge of managing people and shop floor workers, work study, efficiency, optimal motivation of workers and output.

Some knowledge of machines useful but people management is key skill needed

. Allocate materials, maintain material consumption level. Maintain stock of machine spare parts and non-stock consumables for operations. Promote production shop floor safety, hygiene and implement 5S standards. Document production summary with shortages and maintain staff attendance. Machines deployed and its functionalities . Review production plan & schedule production orders. Achieve target volumes on time. Having Working Knowledge in TPM/ISO/GMP will be added advantage

Must have experience in Personal care/ Perfume/Aerosol / Perfume industry / Beauty care and Cosmetics products.

Should possess shop floor knowledge on Filling, packing and overwrapping process Should be able to match master samples, interpret work orders, technical instructions, engineering directives and parameter sheets. User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage or Working Knowledge in any ERP software Good Interpersonal Skill
