Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Production Executive

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely completion of batches, maintaining documentation (BMR/BPR), and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of

Batch Production Records (BPR)

and

Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)

. Compile and maintain

log books

and other regulatory records as per cGMP standards. Coordinate batch production schedules to meet timelines and customer requirements. Monitor production equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning. Ensure all production operations comply with

SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards

. Support the R&D and QA teams with sample submissions, trials, and audits. Maintain and update stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. Train and supervise production workers to ensure adherence to protocols and efficient performance. Identify process improvements for higher productivity and reduced downtime. Maintain coordination with stores, QA/QC, and dispatch teams to streamline workflow.

Skills & Competencies:

Solid knowledge of

BMR/BPR

Familiarity with

GMP, HACCP, and ISO

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (Tally preferred) Awareness of

Working Days & Shift Timings:

6 days working (09.00 am to 5.30 pm)
