Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days) Working Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month Gender Preference: Male candidates Job Purpose The Production Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations in the colour cosmetics unit, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities ? Plan and execute daily production activities as per the approved production plan ? Oversee end-to-end manufacturing of colour cosmetics such as lipsticks, foundations, compacts, kajal, and similar products ? Achieve daily and monthly production targets with optimum quality and minimal wastage ? Supervise and manage shop-floor workers and allocate work efficiently ? Handle batch manufacturing, filling, packing, and labeling operations ? Ensure strict adherence to GMP, safety, and hygiene standards ? Identify and resolve minor machine or process-related issues and coordinate with maintenance ? Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), daily production logs, and MIS reports ? Coordinate with Quality Control and Warehouse teams for material availability and batch clearances ? Support productivity improvement and process efficiency initiatives Key Skills & Competencies ? Experience in colour cosmetics or personal care manufacturing ? Knowledge of cosmetic production processes and quality standards ? Basic knowledge of production machinery and troubleshooting ? Manpower handling and shop-floor coordination skills ? Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines Educational Qualification ? Graduation in B.Sc. or a related field Experience Requirement ? 2 to 5 years of experience in cosmetics manufacturing preferred
