Key Responsibilities

:


Monitor and control production parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, PLC-SCADA etc.) to ensure optimal plant performance. Ensure compliance with industry quality certifications and safety standards. Monitor workplace safety and ensure the correct handling of hazardous materials, including Black Mass, lithium, chemicals, and waste products. Implement best practices, technology, and innovations to streamline operations. Act as a liaison between management and production teams, providing regular reports on plant performance, challenges, and successes. Monitor emissions, water usage, and waste disposal in compliance with environmental standards. Define, implement and maintain SOPs, Guidelines, Work Systems and practices as per ISO, IMS and 5 S. Record, Review and Retain all the required documents and production data.

Qualification

:


B.Tech/ Diploma (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)
Must have Exp. of 0-2 yrs in related domain.

Additional Skills

:


Knowledge of working on SAP.
