Key Responsibilities
Execute daily/weekly production plans
Monitor processes and resolve production issues
Optimize shift scheduling and line productivity
Analyze production performance (OEE, yield, waste)
Ensure food safety & quality compliance (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI/ISO)
Manage sanitation and hygiene standards
Coordinate with QA during audits and inspections
Handle resource, inventory, and team management
Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen)
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Food Science / Food Engineering
2-5 years in food manufacturing
Strong in production planning, food safety, and process optimization (
