Job Description

Production Planning:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines. Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to production schedules. Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or quality issues and take proactive measures to address them. Forecasts for production activities.

Quality Control:

Establish quality standards and inspection processes. Monitor production quality and resolve any issues that arise.

Team Leadership:

Manage and train production staff, ensuring efficient workflow. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork Participate in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training programs for production staff as needed

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze production metrics and prepare reports for upper management. Use data to improve production processes and efficiency. Manage outsource vendors and generate challan of outward and inward material and maintain records Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, work orders, and inventory logs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
