Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily production activities on the shop floor
Maintain production records and ensure accuracy of data
Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Coordinate with other departments (quality, logistics, maintenance) for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
Implement and maintain process documentation and SOPs
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production
Strong analytical and data-handling skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with production planning, reporting, and inventory management is a plus
