The Production Executive (Entry Level) will perform day-to-day manufacturing operations, including assembly, machine operation, packaging, material movement, Inspection and labelling of medical devices. This role ensures adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual and semi-automated assembly of medical devices as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct packaging and labelling activities ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Working in Cleanroom / controlled environment conditions.
Standing for long periods and handling small parts.
Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as per safety guidelines
Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and logbooks.
Perform in-process quality checks and report any deviations or non-conformances.
Support in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and setup.
Material movement as per production requirement.
Assist in inventory management of production materials and components.
Adhere to GMP, ISO 13485, and safety protocols at all times.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
