Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Executive who can work on our project production and our in-house Signature range execution. This role is ideal for someone with experience in interior project/art fabrication or decor product production. We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on with materials, vendors, and project sites. The position is largely for job work within Mumbai city and at our workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Execute art and artifact installations
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for execution.
Follow up on ongoing work and track timelines
Support sample development and material checks.
Manage packing, dispatch and logistics
Collect vendor quotes, rates, terms of engagement, other details
Prepare Purchase Orders and invoices as per instructions
Logistics and project documentation as required
Update project management software regularly
Assist in managing inward-outward entries of materials
Manage and keep the workshop and warehouse organised and updated
Required Qualification and Skills
2-3 years of experience in production or execution (interiors, decor, fabrication or product making preferred).
A relevant degree in design/interior production management
Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and fabrication processes.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, labour teams and logistics partners.
Comfortable using Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP/ZOHO is a plus.
Organized, meticulous, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks.
