Production Executive - Steel Plant

Location:

Koshi , Mathura

Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production line in the steel plant by monitoring daily production activities, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring product quality, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily production activities in steelmaking, casting, rolling, or finishing units (depending on plant type). Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and process parameters. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet daily and monthly production targets. Record and report production data (shift reports, downtime, consumption, output) accurately and timely. Monitor and control operational parameters such as furnace temperature, rolling speeds, cooling rates, etc. Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage. Maintain shop floor discipline, cleanliness, and safety as per 5S and EHS guidelines. Support continuous improvement initiatives like TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing. Train and guide operators and workers for improved efficiency and compliance. Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.

Key Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in production operations in a steel plant (melting, rolling, forging, etc.).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
