The Drawing Production Planning Executive is responsible for preparing and managing production drawings as per the documents and client approvals, ensuring smooth coordination between design, site, and factory teams. The role involves reviewing plans, resolving queries, and supporting site execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and plan production drawings based on approved designs and documents provided.
Review drawings thoroughly and ensure accuracy before releasing them for production.
Coordinate with clients to handle design- or material-related queries and obtain confirmations.
Advise changes at the site if required, ensuring practical feasibility and alignment with the approved plan.
Coordinate with site supervisors to clarify doubts and resolve issues arising during installation.
Visit sites when required to verify measurements, assess progress, or address technical issues.
Ensure smooth communication between the design, factory, and site teams for timely execution.
Monitor progress of production and provide necessary updates to the management.
Maintain proper documentation of approvals, revisions, and final drawings for reference.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of interior design drawings and production detailing.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Additional advantage:
Knowledge of interior design software such as

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in production drawing, design coordination, or site-related work.
