the Production Executive will be the primary point of contact for our wedding clients, ensuring a seamless experience from planning to final delivery. This role blends client relationship management with production coordination, requiring strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

main liaison with wedding clients

, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination throughout the project. Oversee all aspects of

pre-production and post-production

for wedding assignments. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure wedding shoots are executed as per client expectations. Supervise production crews and work leads during wedding projects. Ensure all contractual timelines are met and updates are regularly communicated to clients. Address client feedback promptly and align internal execution accordingly. Maintain and update production sheets to monitor progress and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and the booking manager to ensure proper

resource allocation

. Handle team and crew bookings as per company protocols and communicate confirmed details to clients. Strive to deliver the
