We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused
Production Executive
to manage end-to-end production operations. This role involves
pre-production planning, on-ground production coordination including guest management, and post-production editing and marketing support
.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a
hybrid environment
(studio + remote).
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
Scout talent development and maintain a pipeline of strong human-interest guests aligned with show themes.
Conduct on-ground micro-interviews (3-5 minutes) to evaluate: story strength, turning points, emotional resonance, camera comfort & speaking ability
Plan and coordinate production schedules, shoot plans, and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams, guests, and vendors before shoots
Prepare production checklists, call sheets, and logistics plans
Production Management
Manage studio and shoot-day operations
Handle guest coordination, onboarding, and on-ground support
Ensure smooth execution of shoots as per timelines and quality standards
Troubleshoot on-set challenges and ensure workflow continuity
Post-Production & Marketing
Coordinate video editing, sound, and final deliverables
Review edits for quality, consistency, and brand alignment
Support content publishing, marketing coordination, and release schedules
Maintain production archives and documentation
Work Structure
Working Days:
5 days a week (Additional days/hours may be required based on project deadlines)*
Mode of Work:
Hybrid -- studio presence as required based on shoot schedules, with remaining work remote/work-from-home
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in influencer social marketing, media production, content production, or a similar role
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Experience handling shoots, guests, and production workflows
Strong knowledge of video editing tools and post-production processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in podcasts, digital media, or content-driven platforms
Knowledge of content marketing and social media workflows
Hands-on mindset with problem-solving ability
