2-4 years in food manufacturing or FMCG production (bakery preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing daily production schedules.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain stock levels.
Monitor and operate production equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain quality standards and assist in quality control checks.
Record and report production data and performance metrics.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep.
Support team members and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
Maintain hygiene and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in the production area.
Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementation.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of food production processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel / ERP knowledge preferred).
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
