Responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations, timely output, and product quality as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily production schedules and targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Maintain daily production reports and documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and wastage.
Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed on the shop floor.
Support new product trials and production planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing (fresher can apply).
Strong knowledge of production operations and safety standards.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / ERP preferred.
