Sunrise Remedies Job Opening for Production Executive.

Experience:

01 to 02 Year.

Education Qualification:

B.Pharm | M.Pharm | B.Sc | M.Sc (Chemistry or related field)

Santej Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end activities of the Liquid Production Department (syrups, suspensions, oral liquids, external liquids).

- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR, SOPs, and production schedules.

- Ensure in-process quality checks and compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety norms.

- Operate and supervise equipment such as mixing tanks, filtration units, filling & packaging lines.

- Maintain accurate documentation in logbooks, records, and reports.

- Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, and Stores for smooth production flow.

- Ensure cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of equipment as per defined procedures.

- Train and guide operators/workmen on production processes, hygiene, and safety.

- Monitor yield, wastage, and process efficiency and report deviations if any.

- Support audits, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of all liquid production activities.

- Good understanding of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.

- Hands-on experience with liquid manufacturing and filling equipment.

- Good documentation and communication skills.

- Ability to supervise operators and work effectively in a team.
