Production Executive- Garments (Full-Time, On-Site)

WHAT YOU NEED (QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS)

Minimum 2 years of experience working in tailoring units, garment units, or related factory-floor environments Strong communication skills in Malayalam Basic English communication ability Basic computer skills (data entry, simple spreadsheets, or production registers updated digitally) Practical understanding of garment production processes (stitching, finishing, quality stages) Ability to coordinate with tailors and production staff on the shop floor

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full-time, on-site role at our production unit in Pullepady, Kochi.

You will be responsible for:

Distributing garments and work orders to tailors and production staff with clear timelines Tracking and recording the number of pieces completed at different stages of production Updating daily production status using basic computer systems or registers Monitoring workflow to ensure smooth and efficient production processes Overseeing cleanliness and housekeeping within the production unit to maintain a healthy working environment Supporting quality checks and assisting in training new quality control staff Coordinating with internal teams to reduce delays, rework, and material wastage Optimizing the use of resources to minimize waste and control production costs
