Job Description

Project Management:

Own and manage merchandise projects from concept to delivery. Create detailed production timelines and ensure adherence to project deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, marketing) to understand client requirements. Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Production Oversight:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities. Track production progress and proactively address delays or issues. Manage quality control across all stages of production. Ensure all merchandise meets brand and client specifications.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

Source and manage vendors/suppliers for materials, printing, packaging, etc. Negotiate costs, timelines, and quality expectations. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate procurement of raw materials and monitor inventory levels. Manage warehousing and oversee product dispatch and delivery. Ensure all logistics and shipping requirements are met, including documentation.
