Quality Control:
Enforce and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging.
Inventory Management:
Track and manage raw material and finished product inventory to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockouts.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including raw material usage, production yields, and quality control data.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a spice manufacturing or food processing environment is highly desirable.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering) is often preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
