We are seeking a
Production Executive
to manage and supervise the day-to-day food manufacturing operations. The candidate should have relevant experience in the food processing / FMCG sector and ensure production targets are achieved with quality and hygiene standards maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily food production activities.
Ensure hygiene, quality, and safety standards (FSSAI norms) are followed on the shop floor.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and packing teams for smooth operations.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Handle manpower allocation and shift management.
Support continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives.
Skills Required:
Experience in
food manufacturing / FMCG industry
.
Knowledge of
FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP standards
.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shift-based operations.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred).
Salary:
?18,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
