Role Overview:
We are looking for a Production Executive to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and support smooth manufacturing operations. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in food production/manufacturing with strong knowledge of food safety and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production processes and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Monitor raw material usage, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards during production.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols across production areas.
Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Identify areas for process improvement and reduce wastage/rework.
Train and guide production staff/workers as required.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Processing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing/processing.
Knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems (added advantage).
