Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to expand the company's visibility.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, reporting progress to management regularly.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 business development professionals.
