Managing daily production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and maintaining production schedules.
Ensuring Quality and Safety:
Overseeing adherence to food safety and quality standards (e.g., FSSAI, GMP, HACCP), conducting regular inspections, and addressing any quality issues.
Collaboration:
Working with quality assurance and product development teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in food production is preferred.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and experience in regulatory compliance.
B.tech or M.sc in food technology will be preferred
