We are seeking a Production Executive with a background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry to join our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Execution: Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demands, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, collaborating with the Quality team.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate production team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing team.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing raw material usage.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues, collaborating with other departments to implement solutions.
