Oversees daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to output targets
Coordinates with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal raw material and packaging stock
Monitors equipment performance and collaborates with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Ensures all production processes comply with food safety and regulatory standards
Implements continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste
Prepares production reports, analyzes performance trends, and supports management with data-driven recommendations
Requirements
Background in food technology, nutrition science, industrial engineering, or related field
Experience in food, beverage, dairy, nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
Ability to manage teams, coordinate workflows, and meet production targets
Proficiency in production planning, problem-solving, and process optimization
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced settings
