Job Description

ob Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day operation of the

distillation plant

as per production plan. To

prepare and monitor batches

as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure correct

batch formulation and charging

sequence is followed. Monitor process parameters like temperature, pressure, and reflux ratio during distillation. Maintain daily production reports and logbooks accurately. Coordinate with QC department for in-process and final product sampling. Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and utilities. Implement and maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the plant area. Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting. Assist in process improvement and yield enhancement activities.

Key Skills:

Should have

hands-on experience in batch preparation and operation of distillation columns

. Good understanding of process parameters and plant safety norms. Knowledge of documentation, production planning, and inventory management. Ability to handle manpower and shift operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
