Position: Production Executive

Department: Manufacturing / Operations

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant ManagerQualifications & Skills

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Chemical) or relevant discipline.

Diploma holders with significant FMCG experience may also be considered.

Experience

1-5 years of experience in production, ideally in FMCG (Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or Household

Products).

Technical Skills

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment.

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and other industry regulations.

Experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Production output vs target

Machine utilization & downtime reduction

Batch quality and rejection rates

Compliance with safety and quality standards

Cost savings and efficiency improvements

5. Working Conditions

Factory/plant environment with shift-based work (rotational shifts possible).

Requires adherence to safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
