Role Summary (Read Carefully)

not a design role

Your responsibility begins

after the design is created

.

Once a design, drawing, or concept is received,

you are responsible for executing it on the shop floor -- correctly, practically, and on time.

You are the

bridge between design, production, labor, and owners

across:

Standard products (Living & Industrial) Custom, project-based work (Ettle Custom)

Key Responsibilities

1? Production Execution (Core Responsibility)

Receive finalized drawings / concepts from the design team Convert drawings into

clear, executable shop-floor tasks

Execute designs through fabrication, assembly, and finishing Ensure accuracy, fitment, structural integrity, and finish Track daily production progress and timelines
2? Labor & Manpower Coordination

Ensure

adequate labor availability

for assigned work Allocate jobs clearly to avoid idle time or confusion If labor drops, overloads, or bottlenecks arise ?

immediately inform owners

Maintain discipline, clarity, and workflow on the floor
3? Design ? Production Feedback (R&D Support)

Identify practical issues during fabrication or assembly: Tolerance clashes Assembly difficulties Material limitations Process inefficiencies Report issues clearly to designers Participate in

back-and-forth coordination

to improve manufacturability Support turning ideas into

practical, repeatable solutions

4? Ettle Custom - Project Execution

Handle

one-off and project-based custom orders

Understand project intent, constraints, and timelines Coordinate execution across unfamiliar or mixed applications Maintain clarity even when designs are non-standard Ensure custom work meets Ettle's quality and structural standards
5? Quality, Process & Reporting

Ensure drawings are followed correctly Flag quality deviations early Assist in basic QC during production Support simple SOPs, checklists, or process notes when needed Provide clear daily / weekly status updates
What This Role Is NOT

Not a CAD designer role

Not a desk-only engineering role

Not a senior R&D ownership position

Not a passive instruction-following job

This is a

hands-on execution and responsibility role

Ideal Candidate Profile

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Strong understanding of

fabrication, welding, assembly

Comfortable working on the

shop floor

Knows how things are built, not just how they are drawn Can communicate clearly with labor and supervisors Calm under pressure, practical in thinking Raises problems early instead of hiding them
CAD knowledge is a

plus, not mandatory

Design support will be provided.
